At Tag Games we are always looking to invest in our people and our business practices so we were delighted to make our Scottish Business Pledge earlier this month.
The Scottish Business Pledge is a government-led initiative that aims to make Scotland a wealthier and more forward-looking nation. It does this by setting guidelines to boost productivity, competitiveness, sustainability and workforce engagement in businesses all over Scotland.
In order to be eligible for the Scottish Business Pledge, organisations must pay the Living Wage to all employees and meet a number of other requirements. These range from promoting workforce engagement to investing in youth, community and diversity and pursuing international business.
At Tag, having an engaged workforce that can share skills and ideas has been at the heart of our ongoing growth, as has building a talented team hugely diverse in terms of age, gender and nationality. We work with clients from all over the world, innovate via our own IP and support our community through sponsorship and charity events. Our ethos and practices naturally align with those of the Scottish Business Pledge so we're delighted to be able to support the initiative and look forward to seeing how it helps make Scottish businesses even more globally competitive in the future.
