As our Data Analyst you will help us understand user behaviour by drawing upon your existing information discovery skills and merging that with substantial data gathered in our systems. You will also have significant control over the shape the systems used for behavioural data tracking as we move into the future.

Your day-to-day goal is to create useful information from the data to help steer a small number of projects through every success.

Responsibilities:
• Retrieve and analyze data from server logs, online experiments (A/B testing), instrumented products, etc.
• Model user behavior based upon previous findings and the most relevant available data.
• Meaningfully contribute to the evolution of tools for tracking and understanding user behavior.
• Interface with key internal clients and project stakeholders to ensure available data is applied for its best use to the organization.

Requirements:
• Advanced statistical training and practical experience modelling behaviour from data. A thorough understanding of the associated strengths and weaknesses of different statistical analysis approaches.
• A working knowledge of SQL and scripting/programming languages useful to data retrieval and analysis.
• Excellent data reporting and presentation skills.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Able to prioritize and deliver at high speed.
• Strong project management skills.
• Preference for those with games analytical experience.
